North Carolina High School Football - Northeast Academy trounced by Pungo Christian Academy
September 4, 2025: Belhaven, NC 27810 Pungo Christian Academy Raiders (Belhaven, NC) followers were happy Thursday as they witnessed their football squad smash the visiting Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC), 48-16 in a non-league match.
The Raiders (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Community Christian (Wilson, NC). The Cyclones enter the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Community Christian routed Lee Christian (Sanford, NC), 36-12, in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Community Christian for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 25.
