Kentucky High School Soccer - Oldham County knocks off Spencer County
September 4, 2025: Taylorsville, KY 40071 In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Oldham County Colonels soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Spencer County Bears.
The Colonels (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Louisville Collegiate (Louisville, KY). The Amazons & Titans come into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Louisville Collegiate was overwhelmed by St. Xavier (Louisville, KY), 4-0, in a non-league test.
The Bears now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marion County for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. Spencer County will clash with a Knights team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Bardstown (Bardstown, KY). The Knights record now stands at 1-2.
