September 4, 2025: Springfield, PA 19064 In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Springfield Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 win over the Ridley Raiders.
With the triumph, Springfield moves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Valley Forge Military Academy (Wayne, PA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 4-1. Valley Forge Military Academy lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Downingtown West (Downingtown, PA)
The Raiders now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sun Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Ridley will clash with a Vanguards team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Kennett (Kennett Square, PA). The Vanguards record now stands at 0-3.
