September 4, 2025: Hollywood, FL 33021 Cooper City Cowboys (Cooper City, FL) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball team tip the host Chaminade-Madonna Lions (Hollywood, FL), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Cowboys (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Broward (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, West Broward was nudged by Coral Springs Charter (Coral Springs, FL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Lions now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western for a non-league test on Monday, September 8. Chaminade-Madonna will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Piper (Sunrise, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-1.
