Georgia High School Volleyball - West Hall tips Monroe Area
September 4, 2025: Monroe, GA 30656 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the West Hall Spartans (Oakwood, GA) and the host Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes (Monroe, GA), observed West Hall's volleyball team hold off Monroe Area by a tally of 2-1.
The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Franklin County was nudged by Rabun County (Tiger, GA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Purple Hurricanes meet the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) in a challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Monroe Area will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Monroe Area (Monroe, GA).
