September 4, 2025: Oxford, MA 01540 Oxford Pirates (Oxford, MA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting South Colonels (Worcester, MA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Oxford improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Pirates travel to Millbury (Millbury, MA) to meet the Woolies in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 8. The Woolies come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next, the Colonels meet the Sutton/Douglas Sammies/Suzies (Sutton, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 10. South will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
