Virginia High School Soccer - Bishop O'Connell knocks off Virginia Academy
September 4, 2025: Arlington, VA 22213 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) and the visiting Virginia Academy Patriots (Ashburn, VA), saw Bishop O'Connell's soccer squad triumph over Virginia Academy by a count of 7-0.
The Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA). The Saints enter the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, St. Christopher's tipped Episcopal (Alexandria, VA), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Patriots confront the Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 6. Virginia Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
