September 4, 2025: Burbank, IL 60459 The St. Laurence Vikings soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Kankakee Kays to 1 in the Vikings non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Aurora Central Catholic for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 9. St. Laurence will play a Chargers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Kankakee moves to 3-2 on the year. The Kays travel to Somonauk (Somonauk, IL) to play the Bobcats in a non-league game on Saturday, September 6.
