The Lions now sport a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Collinsville for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 9. Calvary Academy will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Alvord (Alvord, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 16-8.
The Lions (5-18) will now prepare for their game against Coram Deo Academy (Plano, TX). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Coram Deo Academy was dropped by Prince of Peace (Carrollton, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
