South Cobb Eagles (Austell, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Coretta Scott King YWLA Soaring Eagle (Atlanta, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, South Cobb upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Eagles host Harrison (Kennesaw, GA) to meet the Hoyas in a 6A Area 3 challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Hoyas come into the challenge with a record of 19-8. Harrison won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA)
