California High School Volleyball - Encinal edged by Pinole Valley
September 4, 2025: Alameda, CA 94501 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Pinole Valley Spartans volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Encinal Jets.
The Spartans (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against San Marin (Novato, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, San Marin edged San Domenico (San Anselmo, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Jets meet the Concord Bears (Concord, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Encinal will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Wood (Vacaville, CA).
