Iowa High School Volleyball - Waverly-Shell Rock tips Marshalltown
September 4, 2025: Waverly, IA 50677 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Marshalltown Bobcats.
The Go-Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Decorah-North Winneshiek (Decorah, IA). The Vikings come into the Northeast Iowa challenge with a 3-4 record.
Next, the Bobcats play the Ames Little Cyclones (Ames, IA) in a Iowa Alliance - North challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Marshalltown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Little Cyclones come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Ottumwa (Ottumwa, IA).
