In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Valley Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Monterey Dores.

With the win, Valley Christian advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA) to face the Vikings in a non-league test on Monday, September 8. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 1-2. Palo Alto lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA)

The Dores now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pacific Grove for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9.
