The Scales Mound Hornets volleyball squad (Scales Mound, IL), dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Polo Marcos (Polo, IL)

With the win, Polo improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Marcos host Morrison (Morrison, IL) to encounter the Mustangs in a Northwest Upstate Illini battle on Tuesday, September 9. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 6-4. Morrison lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against LaSalle-Peru (LaSalle, IL)
