Virginia High School Volleyball - Westfield over Wakefield School
September 5, 2023: Chantilly, VA 20151 Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Wakefield School Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA), 25-14 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 11. Westfield will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Stallions come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to West Potomac (Alexandria, VA).
With the loss, Wakefield School drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Fighting owls travel to McLean (McLean, VA) to clash with the Highlanders in a non-league match on Thursday, September 7. The Highlanders come into the match with a record of 0-2. McLean lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA)
