Kentucky High School Volleyball - Monroe County tips Glasgow
September 5, 2023: Glasgow, KY 42141 Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Falcons battle the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) in a match, on Tuesday, September 12. Monroe County will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Hornets come into the match with a 5-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY).
With the loss, Glasgow drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Scotties host Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY) to battle the Hornets in a non-league match on Monday, September 25. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 5-5.
