September 5, 2023: Raymond, WA 98577 The Raymond Seagulls held off the visiting Morton/White Pass Timberwolves volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Seagulls now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rainier for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 6. Raymond will confront a Mountaineers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Northwest Christian (Lacey, WA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-0.
The Timberwolves (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Eatonville (Eatonville, WA). The Cruisers enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Eatonville was nudged by Centralia (Centralia, WA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
