September 5, 2023: Celina, TX 75009 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX) and the visiting North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX), saw Celina's volleyball squad beat North Lamar by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Celina upgrades its record to 18-5 on the year. The Bobcats host Stephenville (Stephenville, TX) to play the Yellow Jackets/Honeybees in a non-league bout on Friday, September 8. The Yellow Jackets/Honeybees go into the bout with a record of 21-3. Stephenville won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Abilene (Abilene, TX)
The Panthers now own a 19-7 record. They play next when they host Aubrey for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. North Lamar will play a Chaparrals squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Sanger (Sanger, TX). The Chaparrals record now stands at 22-8.
