September 5, 2023: Williamstown, WV 26187 Fort Frye Cadets (Beverly, OH) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Williamstown Yellowjackets (Williamstown, WV), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Cadets clash with the Marietta Tigers (Marietta, OH) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 7. Fort Frye will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 8-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Circleville (Circleville, OH).
With the loss, Williamstown drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Roane County (Spencer, WV) to clash with the Raiders in a Little Kanawha match on Saturday, September 9. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 5-3. Roane County won 3-0 in their recent league match against Webster County (Upper Glade, WV)
