Michigan High School Football - Hopkins defeated by Allendale
September 5, 2024: Allendale, MI 49401 The Allendale Falcons were victorious over the visiting Hopkins Vikings football team by a score of 20-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons face the Kenowa Hills Knights (Grand Rapids, MI) in a River Cities Alliance challenge, on Friday, September 13. Allendale will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 28-12 non-league win over Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville, MI).
The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Godwin Heights (Wyoming, MI). The Wolverines enter the Ottawa-Kent - Silver challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Godwin Heights fell by Kent City (Kent City, MI), 22-8, in a non-league challenge.
