In Thursday's non-league game, the Tomball Memorial Wildcats (Tomball, TX) football team overcame the visiting Cypress Creek Cougars (Houston, TX), by a tally of 52-27.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Magnolia Bulldogs (Magnolia, TX) in a 6A Region II District 15 game, on Friday, September 20. Tomball Memorial will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
