Michigan High School Football - Renaissance loses to Southeastern
September 5, 2024: Detroit, MI 48235 Southeastern Jungaleers (Detroit, MI) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Renaissance Phoenix (Detroit, MI), 22-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Southeastern advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Jungaleers host Ford (Detroit, MI) to play the Trojans in a Detroit Public 1 battle on Thursday, September 12. The Trojans go into the battle with a record of 2-0. Ford won 51-8 in their recent non-league battle against Detroit Collegiate Prep (Detroit, MI)
The Phoenix now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to King for a Detroit Public 1 battle on Friday, September 13. Renaissance will play a Crusaders team coming off a 35-13 non-league loss to De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-1.
