Texas High School Football - Coronado holds off Andress
September 5, 2024: El Paso, TX 79924 The Coronado Thunderbirds football squad scored 30 points and limited the host Andress Eagles to 26 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Thunderbirds now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Parkland for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18.
With the defeat, Andress drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Jefferson (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Silver Foxes in a test on Thursday, September 12. The Silver Foxes come into the test with a record of 2-1. Jefferson lost 28-0 in their recent non-league test against Burges (El Paso, TX)
