With the triumph, Madison East advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Purgolders host Verona (Verona, WI) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Lancers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Middleton for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10.
