September 5, 2024: Arlington, VA 22201 Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Washington-Liberty improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Generals host George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA) to encounter the Statesmen in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Statesmen go into the test with a record of 1-2.
The Seahawks now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host James Madison for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. South Lakes will encounter a Warhawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Warhawks record now stands at 4-0.
