Tennessee High School Soccer - Zion Christian Academy nudges Forrest
September 5, 2024: Columbia, TN 38401 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Zion Christian Academy Eagles (Columbia, TN) and the visiting Forrest Rockets (Chapel Hill, TN), saw Zion Christian Academy's soccer squad hold off Forrest by a score of 3-2.
The Eagles (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Hickman County (Centerville, TN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Hickman County was edged by Harpeth (Kingston Springs, TN), 9-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Rockets confront the Cascade Champions (Wartrace, TN) in a A District 9 battle, on Tuesday, September 10. Forrest will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Champions enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 4-1 league win over Community (Unionville, TN).
