North Carolina High School Football - Cox Mill falls to West Charlotte
September 5, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28216 The West Charlotte Lions felled the visiting Cox Mill Chargers football team by a score of 28-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions play the Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. West Charlotte will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record.
The Chargers (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Red Tornadoes go into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Hickory toppled Newton-Conover (Newton, NC), 40-6, in a non-league challenge.
