South Carolina High School Football - J.L. Mann can't hold off Daniel
September 5, 2024: Central, SC 29630 Daniel Lions (Central, SC) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team tip the visiting J.L. Mann Patriots (Greenville, SC), 20-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Daniel improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Blacksburg (Blacksburg, SC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 12. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Patriots now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Easley for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19. J.L. Mann will play a Green Wave team coming off a 47-26 non-league win over Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC). The Green Wave record now stands at 1-1.
