California High School Volleyball - Woodcreek can't get by Placer
September 5, 2024: Auburn, CA 95603 Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Woodcreek Timberwolves (Roseville, CA), 2-1 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Placer improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Hillmen travel to Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA) to encounter the Cougars in a battle on Tuesday, September 10. The Cougars go into the battle with a record of 0-3. Del Campo lost 1-0 in their recent non-league battle against West Campus (Sacramento, CA)
The Timberwolves now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Durham for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 7. Woodcreek will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Biggs (Biggs, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-0.
