Indiana High School Soccer - Greensburg nudges Oldenburg Academy
September 5, 2024: Oldenburg, IN 47036 In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Greensburg Pirates soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Oldenburg Academy Twisters.
The Pirates (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Southwestern (Shelbyville, IN). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 6-1 record. In their last outing, Southwestern was edged by Herron (Indianapolis, IN), 4-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Twisters confront the Hauser Jets (Hope, IN) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 7. Oldenburg Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Jets go into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 1-1 non-league Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN).
