Michigan High School Soccer - Montague knocks off Pentwater
September 5, 2024: Montague, MI 49437 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Montague Wildcats (Montague, MI) and the visiting Pentwater Falcons (Pentwater, MI), saw Montague's soccer squad triumph over Pentwater by a count of 5-0.
The Wildcats (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Orchard View (Muskegon, MI). The Cardinals enter the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Orchard View tipped Phoenix (Kalamazoo, MI), 4-3, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Falcons battle the Benzie Central Huskies (Benzonia, MI) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 9. Pentwater will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Huskies enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 10-4 non-league win over Cadillac Heritage Christian (Cadillac, MI).
