September 5, 2024: Lawton, OK 73507 The Cyril Pirates triumphed over the host Lawton Wolverines softball squad by a count of 14-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Pirates meet the Lookeba-Sickles Panthers (Lookeba, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. Cyril will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 16-3 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Marlow (Marlow, OK).
The Wolverines (0-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Westmoore (Oklahoma City, OK). The Jaguars enter the non-league challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Westmoore overcame Stillwater (Stillwater, OK), 6-3, in a non-league challenge.
