The Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays overwhelmed the host Ponca Indians softball squad by a count of 14-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Bluejays meet the Pierce Bluejays (Pierce, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Guardian Angels Central Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 9-0 season record. The Bluejays go into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 6-3 non-league loss to O'Neill (O'Neill, NE).

The Indians (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Bryan (Omaha, NE). The Bears go into the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Bryan was routed by Douglas County West (Valley, NE), 19-3, in a non-league challenge.
