California High School Football - Corona sneaks past Miller

The Corona Panthers football squad scored 27 points and limited the visiting Miller Rebels to 21 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lakeside for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. Corona will meet a Lancers squad coming off a 45-8 non-league win over Twentynine Palms (Twentynine Palms, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Miller drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Arroyo Valley (San Bernardino, CA) to face the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. The Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Arroyo Valley won 44-12 in their recent non-league challenge against San Bernardino (San Bernardino, CA)
