Maine High School Football - Washington Academy crushed by Dexter
September 5, 2025: East Machias, ME 04630 The Dexter Tigers walloped the host Washington Academy Raiders football team by a score of 46-12 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 20. Dexter will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
With the defeat, Washington Academy drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Bucksport (Bucksport, ME) to meet the Golden Bucks in a 8-Man Small North (8 Man) test on Friday, September 12. The Golden Bucks come into the test with a record of 0-1. Bucksport lost 38-8 in their recent non-league test against Spruce Mountain (Jay, ME)
