September 5, 2025: Harlan, KY 40831 The Harlan County Black Bears felled the visiting East Ridge Warriors football team by a score of 48-18 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Black Bears face the Bell County Bobcats (Pineville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. Harlan County will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 44-10 non-league win over Wayne County (Monticello, KY).
With the defeat, East Ridge drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host Prestonsburg (Prestonsburg, KY) to meet the Blackcats in a non-league test on Friday, September 12.
