Mississippi High School Football - Pelahatchie tops Enterprise

The Pelahatchie Chiefs football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Enterprise Yellowjackets to 16 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Chiefs now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Clarkdale for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. Pelahatchie will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 47-24 non-league win over Stringer (Stringer, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-0.

The Yellowjackets (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cathedral (Natchez, MS). The Green Wave go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Cathedral was defeated by Parklane Academy (McComb, MS), 48-7, in a non-league test.
