The Hudson Explorers football team scored 49 points and held the host St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish to 0 in the Explorers non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Explorers face the Solon Comets (Solon, OH) in a Suburban - National game, on Friday, September 12. Hudson will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Comets enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 10-7 non-league win over Shaker Heights (Shaker Heights, OH).
