The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Milton Wildcats (Milton, MA) and the visiting Needham Rockets (Needham, MA), witnessed Milton's football squad wallop Needham by a count of 46-12.

The Wildcats (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Providence, RI). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.

Coming up next, the Rockets confront the Natick Redhawks (Natick, MA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 12. Needham will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Redhawks go into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 35-0 league win over Newton North (Newtonville, MA).
