Morristown Colonials (Morristown, NJ) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Randolph Rams (Randolph, NJ), 24-14 in a league match.

The Colonials (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against West Morris Central (Chester, NJ). The Wolfpack go into the Super - Liberty White battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, West Morris Central prevailed over Morris Knolls (Rockaway, NJ), 41-31, in a league battle.

The Rams now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Mount Olive for a Super - Liberty White match on Friday, September 12. Randolph will meet a Marauders squad coming off a 35-7 league win over Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Marauders record now stands at 1-0.
