The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA), saw San Diego's football team bounce Otay Ranch by a final score of 50-0.

With the win, San Diego advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cavers host Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA) to encounter the Sundevils in a non-league bout on Friday, September 12. The Sundevils go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Mt. Carmel lost 41-13 in their recent non-league bout against Central (El Centro, CA)

The Mustangs now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Patrick Henry for a non-league bout on Friday, September 12. Otay Ranch will encounter a Patriots team coming off a 35-14 non-league loss to Montgomery (San Diego, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-3.
