The Preston Indians football team (Preston, ID), was crushed 56-14 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Star Valley Braves (Afton, WY)

The Braves (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Sugar-Salem (Sugar City, ID). The Diggers enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Sugar-Salem crushed Shelley (Shelley, ID), 28-14, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Indians confront the Ogden Tigers (Ogden, UT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 12. Preston will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers go into the battle with a 3-1 record after their 24-7 non-league win over Clearfield (Clearfield, UT).
