California High School Football - Shadow Ridge bests Quartz Hill

September 5, 2025: Quartz Hill, CA 93536

In Friday's non-league game, the Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) football team knocked off the host Quartz Hill Royals (Quartz Hill, CA), by a margin of 14-6.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Canyon Springs for a non-league outing on Friday, September 12. Shadow Ridge will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Carson (Carson City, NV). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Quartz Hill drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Royals host Highland (Palmdale, CA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Golden outing on Friday, September 19. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 0-3. Highland lost 45-13 in their recent non-league outing against Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)
