In Friday's non-league game, the Roman Catholic Cahillite (Philadelphia, PA) football team overcame the visiting Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Blue Devils (Philadelphia, PA), by a tally of 21-12.

In their next game, the Cahillite face the DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 12. Roman Catholic will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Stags come into the outing with a 2-0 record after their 30-14 non-league win over Imhotep Charter (Philadelphia, PA).
