September 5, 2025: Kennett Square, PA 19348 In Friday's non-league contest, the Unionville Longhorns (Kennett Square, PA) soccer team edged the visiting Octorara Area Braves (Atglen, PA), by a tally of 1-0.
The Longhorns now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Downingtown East for a Ches-Mont challenge on Monday, September 8. Unionville will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Octorara Area moves to 0-2 on the year. The Braves host Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA) to encounter the Vikings in a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Northern Lebanon won 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Susquenita (Duncannon, PA)
