September 5, 2025: Benicia, CA 94510 The Benicia Panthers football squad scored 8 points and limited the visiting Las Lomas Knights to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to American Canyon for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. Benicia will face a Wolves team coming off a 42-6 non-league win over St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 2-0.
The Knights (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Casa Grande (Petaluma, CA). The Gauchos go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Casa Grande lost by Vacaville (Vacaville, CA), 27-6, in a non-league challenge.
