California High School Football - Prospect tops El Camino
September 5, 2025: South San Francisco, CA 94080 The Prospect Panthers football squad scored 27 points and limited the host El Camino Colts to 8 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alameda for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 12. Prospect will face a Hornets squad coming off a 28-2 non-league win over Concord (Concord, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, El Camino drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Colts host Homestead (Cupertino, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a test on Thursday, September 18. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-1. Homestead lost 48-20 in their recent non-league game against Silver Creek (San Jose, CA)
