Illinois High School Volleyball - Westlake Christian Academy edged by HomeSchool Resource Center
September 5, 2025: Grayslake, IL 60030 HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots (Monee, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Westlake Christian Academy Eagles (Grayslake, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, HomeSchool Resource Center improves its record to 2-1 on the season.
The Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Zion-Benton for a non-league test on Monday, September 8. Westlake Christian Academy will face a Zee-Bees squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Waukegan (Waukegan, IL). The Zee-Bees record now stands at 0-1.
