September 5, 2025: High Point, NC 27262 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC) and the visiting Salem Christian School Defenders (Winston-Salem, NC), witnessed High Point Christian Academy's soccer team knock off Salem Christian School by a final score of 5-2.
With the triumph, High Point Christian Academy improves its record to 5-6 on the season. The Cougars travel to Westchester Country Day (High Point, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a NCISAA Piedmont battle on Tuesday, September 9. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 7-0. Westchester Country Day 1-1 in their recent non-league battle against Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill (Durham, NC)
Next up, the Defenders meet the North Hills Christian Eagles (Salisbury, NC) in a NCISAA - Southern Piedmont test, on Tuesday, September 9. Salem Christian School will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Neuse Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC).
