New York High School Soccer - Hudson Ridge toppled by Maple Hill
September 5, 2025: Albany, NY 12144 Maple Hill Wildcats (Castleton on Hudson, NY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Hudson Ridge Thunder Chicken (Albany, NY), 10-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Maple Hill moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Tamarac (Troy, NY) to meet the Bengals in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Bengals come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Thunder Chicken now possess a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coxsackie-Athens for a Patroon outing on Monday, September 8.
